    Taxes are assessed at approximately 900 a year. The distance is the big factor that has me really thinking. But at the same time, the distance from large cities Is a huge plus in apocalyptic situations. And you guys know how much I've been preparing

    Our first one when we kicked her to the curb said she would come get our key out of the lockbox on our back door. She never brought a lockbox and we don’t have a back door. Never did find our key.
