    Taxes are assessed at approximately 900 a year. The distance is the big factor that has me really thinking. But at the same time, the distance from large cities Is a huge plus in apocalyptic situations. And you guys know how much I've been preparing

    The mowing doesn't stop during the summer, you gotta stay on it. Just something to think about. Also, drive around the area and look for crackheads, they love to steal shit.
