That’s exactly what I was referring to! I’ve never 4x4’d before, so I don’t see myself doing anything too insane! Thanks for the reply.

That’s what is keeping me from doing that. It’s so pretty and clean (for now)! I know trucks are meant to be worked, but I may give it a little time. Thanks for the reply.

Took my 91 Wrangler through a mostly dried up pond once. :mudding: Could never get all that mud out, lol. Also wheel bearing started screeching and had to replace two of them, but it was old anyway, lol.

Give it a little time for the new to wear off then go enjoy it without destroying it. Why do you care if you have some dirt in places you can't see? How knows, the off-road bug may bite you and when it does a few scratches here and there won't bother you at all.

rides nice. I'm not actually around for a while to offer a ride, but they are very nice. i've taken it offroading a bunch when i was in Alaska and they did great. I added a leaf to the rear for some lift, and then i had air bags for a while too. but then i hit a few bumps and the rear shocks weren't long enough and they ended up blowing out so i replaced them with some foxes. I also have a RTT and rack on the bed 99% of the time, and that weight was a little much for hitting the railroad tracks on Sooner, lol. not enough dampning for that, but great for DD and normal offroading. very smooth for DDing. my Foxes are a bit stiff in comparison (should have gotten the adjustable ones). my 5100's lasted me around 60-70K miles

i still have my 5100s in the front. i ran them at .85 and 1.75 with the stock coils, and now i have some OME 885s on the stock height setting to get about the same amount of lift.

Same here. just joined the board, have basically the same truck as you, bought from Fowler.
So far I am just doing accessories. I am overall happy with the look and the performance. Only things I am doing is tonneau cover and bed mat. I am also putting in my old Polk Audio speakers in the rear doors, and I am dead set on upgrading the tweeters. After that, who knows. Spacers? different tail light options? I have never really been one to 4x4, but living in OK, there are a few places you can go (Broken Bow, Disney, etc). I mainly wanted that feature for the snow when it happens 2 days out of the year.

Glad to meet this okie group.

Tested out the new tent and gear at Eufaula last night. Was hoping for a storm to get in a real trial, but the rain bypassed us I guess.

Wife heard on FB there's a shop in Edmond that offers truck accessories and is starting to do 'overland' gear: https://edmondpickup.com/
    Haven't been there, myself.

I heard about that too, I’m in the middle of a trailer build right now, I’d love to support a local business, I’ll make a trip up there soon.

Anyone down by the fort sill area? I heard there’s a few trails over at Lake Fredrick, I got on some of the quad trails at Elmer Thomas but I wouldn’t go out there unless you want some more pinstriping, I know lake Altus Lugert has trails as well.

We might as well meet at sandy sanders or crossbar ranch, I know they both have decent trails, sandy is a bit more mild, crossbar can get pretty wild, you should have Atleast a rear locker and some nutts for some of those trails lol

Lol good on the nutts, lacking in the locker dept. Does it get that hairy at crossbar? I’ve never been!
