Bags of mulch in bed (in case you were wondering)

    Pro tip...if you ever do wind up going this route, put a tarp in the bed before you load the mulch/dirt/rocks/whatever. You will still shovel most of it out, but when you get down to the last bit, you can just drag the tarp out. The bed stays "cleaner" and you actually get to use 100% of whatever you bought.

    I drive a Miata.
    I always pay the extra 20 bucks a day to rent a UHaul trailer. Much easier cleanout, and I can buy by the yard or three. Plus it keeps joebob's front loader away from my truck. I made that mistake once, bought a 1/2 yard of cheap bull-rock. Here comes the front end loader, bucket raised high over the cab. :eek: I waved him off, fortunately, and asked that they load by hand. operator and manager looked at each other, handed me a cash refund and walked away...
