They are method wheel center caps. With Toyota center caps modified and epoxied in. I'll post a pic of the backside in awhile.

How well do they hold alignment since the washers don’t have the knubs tbat nubs that bite into the frame?

I ran them for years of hard wheeling and had no issues holding alignments. That's with TC cam tab gussets though.

I always thought the nubs were for torsional strength considering the rubber ones are not allowed to freely turn.

After seeing how they mangled up the inside of my tundras frame when they got shoved back I’d say they’re there to also provide some bite to prevent slippage. How much so I don’t know.

Just to be clear. The lower poly bushing will need to be cleaned and burned ravers so often?

because that kind of maintenance is an all day task.

When did you do a brake flush last?
I did mine about 6 months ago. Mine brake fluid was brownish.
After the flush the brakes are much more sensitive and responsive.

I did add new stainless lines in the front and back at the same time tho

Cleaning and regreasing is pretty essential for poly bushings in all locations. Unlike rubber bushings which deform with movement, the poly bushings are there for locating and the sleeve within actually turns inside the poly. It's a load bearing surface where movement happens (ie a bearing) grit and lack of lube will make them squeak and/or wear out prematurely. Clean regularly and you might find you don't need to regrease often.

Those nubs arnt meant to help hold the alignment they prevent the control arm from pivoting at the bushing sleeve/bolt

But i do see how they would help hold alignments

Maybe why energy suspention wants you to reuse them

When sandwiched between the frame and cam bolt. I do believe white line specifies a higher torque than factory to make if for this though

I know energy suspention wants you to reuse the original sleeve and nub washer combo

    Didnt have issues with that

So by clean you mean just wiping the outside surface off?

Since they don’t have zerks I’d think you me have to take the control arms off, then take the bushing out, wipe off and re-grease.

Idk how well it would work but these exist

To gain the zerk it looks like youd have to use an inferior design
