Found a great deal on a used set of Method wheels. 20x12 with a 6x5.5 lug pattern. They’re coming off a Silverado. Is there any reason these won’t fit?

What's the offset? What tires do you plan on running? Most issues are with offset not allowing the wheel to clear the brakes or mounting surface. With a wheel that large you're going to need to really do some calculations to fit that wheel and tire setup.

If they are coming off a Chevy, the hub bore is too small

Heard some GM rims will fit but you have to test fit them. I guess there are differences with the hubs and caliper clearance. I was thinking of trying GM rims myself because I cannot find decent Toyota rims locally.

I don't have experience with those Method wheels on our trucks, but the few times I've seen OEM Chevy wheels on 6 lug Tacomas the wheel centers were always damaged from improper fit, mangled studs, chewed up lug nuts, etc

    I'd stay away

I ran methods off a chevy they will fit Method uses the same hub bore for all their wheels it's big enough for ours. Chevy has to run hub rings. The only thing is Chevy uses a very positive offset so I had to use spacers. I was only running 17x8.5 wheels though, I don't know if a 12 wide will fit it's all dependent on the offset.

Oh good luck with that!!! Not sure if that is going to be enough offset to keep from hitting the frame and such also that size and width 37 you're going to need a lot of massaging to get them to fit

Yeah it’s a killer deal but not my ideal setup. Probably gonna pass and go get the Coopers I want anyhow.
Not worried about 37s fitting but that width isn’t what I’m after.
