I did get lucky in that area, both sides my neighbors are semi retired and keep to themselves but the 3 of us all check on each other when it's shitty weather or stuff like this.

There's also a subconscious attempt to put "your best" out when you notice someone bigger, better looking or somehow more man than you. Seen many situations where people react and don't seem to notice what they're doing.

I catch myself un-hunching when I see a tall dude, esp if they're super hunched over. And I'm not particularly short or anything.

I’m not afraid or intimidated by big dudes.

    I can outrun them.

Yep, and I'm not either and suspect many guys are not. tho not all. But we sometimes act subconsciously anyways.

I mean if a really big dude was like aggressively hitting on me... I might be scared lol

Like if @Travish325 came up to me in the gym doin the cross fit mating dance I’d be pretty intimidated.

I only know the first few steps of it. I have yet to learn the hardcore part with the burpees and hip thrusts.

Pollen sucks. Can’t even do cardio lol. How does this work for y’all on juice and if you don’t have a home gym? Do you still use it or do you use way less or what?

I would say you would taper down a lot or just cruise on TRT. Really there isn't any comps or shows to be doing a peak for and putting strain on your body for nothing is a bad idea.

I don't have any projected competition until October so I want start up again till probably late July or August. Hell I'm still dropping weight right now, only at 3014 cals per day.

Less, unless you don't give a fuck in the slightest of your health.

I also don't have a home gym. Just doing dumb ass shit for now trying to at least keep blood flowing into my muscles.

    Which btw is going horrible.

Lulzzzz we dropped down significantly since I'm more sedentary right now and have less intensity in the gym.

Went up to the high school football field the last couple days. Ran a mile (7:54 - which I was happy with considering, ya know, I don’t run) then did some band work. They have a small tire so I did some flips, “deadlifts”, farmers carry, and some close grip “bench” with it. Better than nothing.

I too am sedentary, I am always sedentary... Fucking ecto metabolism.

Yesterday I had 2 large fries, a fried chicken sandwich and 12 fried nuggets with 4 servings of chic fil a sauce for 1 of my 3 meals yesterday... This is my norm now. Probably do this 3-4x a week (not chic fil a, but a cheat meal)

I also am finally off all the AI so my estrogen levels are back to normal (off cycle are a tad high) I think that's causing a little water retention. I can't wait to cycle again lol I forgot how awful it feels being me with test levels at 250-300... My lady friend is pissed cause I'm not a horn dog anymore :D

Thats OK, you’ll get the hang of it eventually.

Its called anti-histamines brah. Use em.

I take a Claritin nightly and if I’m feeling any symptoms I add a Benadryl at night as well.
It pretty much takes care of my allergies. I normally would have symptoms year round if I didn’t take something.
