There are 8 mounting holes and they require a 23/64 hole. I used two increasingly large pilot holes before the 23/64 bit. I ended up needing extra bits since there are welded spots that were tough to dig through (which you could probably avoid in retrospect).

I also did not buy a thinfin, and because I was running a 40” OnX6 and 4x rock lights the wiring was too bulky to run down the windshield. They provided a waterproof grommet plug which feeds the wires through the roof but that required an even larger hole (39/64). Fortunately the top of the roof was significantly thinner than the drip railing so that hole was a piece of cake.

Agreed. I took my sweet time over the course of this weekend. My anxiety levels when marking and drilling were relatively high but quadruple checking seemed to work out fine.

Just need to validate the waterproofing by taking it through a car wash.

Not sure which holes you are referring to, but I didn't have to drill any holes for my install.
    And thanks-

Not that it matters now since you put the grommet in, but I split up the wiring harness for my S8 and scene pods and ran them down both "channels" of the windshield. Was tight but that just means it won't pop out, hopefully. No issues over my weekend trip, though.

What's another hole, but putting a hole in the roof not in the rain channel was something I wanted to avoid if I could.

In hindsight, I see that I wasn’t making much sense there o_O. I meant to ask if the handles required any drilling on the Bravo, but I see now that it doesn’t. Thanks!!

Nope, no drilling needed. Just some real basic knotting for the paracord attachments.
I did find that it was easier to run the paracord all the way through it's course between the handle and the attachment plate, and then go back and pull the slack through and then melt the final knot to secure the whole thing.

Oh great, Barcelona Red, it just looks so good. Nice rig. I don’t recall seeing a bumper painted, or covered. Interesting.

Can’t believe I never noticed the bumper on Sports before. Limited’s are like that too, but I don’t see many of those. Great looking rig, and sweet rack.

All my recovery gear on the roof means room for the doggo and camping gear. Set up shot from this weekend.

T-nuts, some long M6 bolts I cut the heads off, and I bought some M6 threaded star knobs. So I can remove them if needed.

Anybody have some pointers for knocking out the scene pod filler plates?

My dikes are no where near that strong. Dremel is my next idea but I don't want to risk marring the side plates by accident.
