I say this, every time my dirt bike falls over- going down the street. Ended up making a wheel chock kinda thing, to keep the front end straight.

i got a quote today on rhino lining my new front bumper. $250.... is that right? is that the going price? Is powder coating a cheaper option?
    Any other options?

any PROs / CONS to rhino lining versus powder coating versus Krylon paint cans?

I had my rear high clearance Rhino lined via the buddy hookup and it was $175. Powder likely wouldn't be cheaper, but @Naveronski and @ETXTacoma know of a shop in DFW that was gonna give them a good price on a batch of bumpers.

I personally would never use bed liner again to coat armor. It holds mud and dust like that's it's job. I lost way too much skin to walking around the truck carelessly. The coating got torn the first time I went off road and drug it across a rock. It's so thick it makes it hard to install.

I spray canned my new rear bumper and that is also off the list. I spent about $100 on materials and it took way too many hours to do a mediocre job, I will admit to being not good at spray painting though. A powder coat place told me $300 for hi clearance rear and dual swingouts, to me that is worth it. PC will look better and have better coverage than the average person in the driveway with a spray can.

Going forward all my armor except skids will be powder coated, my skids touch things too much to worry. My sliders will get scratched up but overall they will look better than if I had sprayed them from the start.

Wrinkle black powder for my bed rack was $200 using a guy in Wilmer. He does great work.

Can you pass on contact info? The bumper is at the welder right now getting a bull bar put on. Does this application matter if the bumper is Aluminum?

Getting good dimensions is the best way to get a valid quote. A Fab Fours Vengeance bumper is a much different animal than a SOS Low Profile bumper. If you know the longest dimension they should be able to give you a pretty solid number.

I'm good with a $325ish quote. When i get it back from the welder, i will take it up there and discuss more.
i am getting closer to being ready to get things installed on my truck.
