A prerunner is pretty much any vehicle that competes in off-road racing. For the Tacoma, it was a RWD truck on the 4WD suspension until the 3rd gen.

Those look nice. What was the name of the shop? Living in :canada: I'm always trying to find local or at least Canadian sources for stuff. Exchange rate and shipping from the US gets pretty expensive all the time.

My diffs leak a little bit of fluid so that might not be the best location. Granted I’ve installed ARB lockers both front and rear. In the upper right corner of the picture is the ARB breather port. The yellowish fluid at the base of the battery is the diff fluid. Hopefully getting back to the install shop this week, we’ll see

Long Range Automotive is the North American supplier of the tank. It’s built in Australia

"Empty" on most vehicles is a set safety margin above the point that fuel will continue to enter the pickup under all normally expected driving angles.

At least the melted rubber won't stick to your exhaust pipe! I would drop the air in that spare a good bit.

For those of you who have a lift, how would 2.25” spacers in the front and 1.5” spacers in the back look? Can Someone share their knowledge and experience with me on this?

I just went from the Boston area to KC, Missouri and back to move my parents and nephew here. Hit 40k when I got back into my town.

I use Fuelly for my gas and maintenance.

I got down to, "oh shit.... Somewhere in Erie, PA while towing my trailer. Signs pointed to multiple gas stations, but when I got off of the exit.... they were all closed down... FML... Made it 5 miles down RT. 90 and found a BP.. Definitely a pucker moment... Never again..

Been in that same situation going through PA late at night, it definitely is something to avoid. Live and learn. Now when heading to CO when I get to a 1/2 tank I'm looking to refuel.

Dropping the air sounds like a great idea. Thanks! This was mainly a quick fix. Still plan to heat wrap the exhaust like one of my buddies did with his 285/75R17(Edit: 285/75R16) spare. Ours are pretty much the same 33” size. However, he did go ahead and moved the spare hitch mechanism back a little to get a better seating in the stowed position. I might do that later on when I feel like it and have time. =)
