I've read several threads about Eibach coils.

What coils would I need to get a one inch front end lift to go along with the rear spring TSB. I'm a n00b at suspension mods, but I think the "lift with springs not shocks-blocks & spacers" is probably the way to go?

And could I do this with the front stock shocks?

I know some have gone with new coils and 5100's all around along with a rear TSB or AAL...but I'm looking for a simple solution. Simple and inexpensive, I do not want to dump a lot of money into the suspension on this truck.

I'm happy with the current ride and I'd like to keep a stock front/rear stance to the truck. A 1" front lift will do it. My truck will never be a rock crawler during my ownership...it's also no mall crawler...more of a work truck & a DD.

    BTW...if it's just easier, less expensive and doesn't harm the ride/handling/etc,...to just go with 5100's @ .85, then that's what I'll do.

If your just looking for an inch, Id go the 5100 route.

Most report that 5100s at ".85 will maintain original ride quality if not end up a touch better. That would definitely be a cost effective route ($175 from Wheelers I believe) and you wouldn't have to worry about 'short-cutting'.

That's my vote, at least. Also, you could very comfortably fit 265/85 at your next tire change which will look better and not negatively affect the ride/mpgs ;)

That's gonna be my replacement size when I wear out these Dunlap 245's.

    And thanks for the input.

So, it sounds like the Eibach's are the way to go if I was wanting the 1.5 lift.

How would that look with the rear TSB? I'm thinking the rear would be low.

    Yep. Sorry about that.

As far as the Eibachs go, I would be certain to get the 5100s as well if you want to maintain stock ride quality. Cause, even though you're getting the lift from the spring, you're still extending the shocks.

It'd be best to have a high quality shock to compensate for the extended ride height.
