The person responsible for writing our Star Spangled Banner name was Francis ya know Franny. I know your name is Francis but you just want us to call you Frank, Frankie.

Also, Francis Ford Coppola, Pope Francis (we should be so lucky), Francis Zappa, Francis Sinatra, Francis Avalon, just to name a few.

    :fistbump: <3

Decided to wait until tomorrow to run into the city. Storms were too harsh, too much rain. Sugar melts ya know.

That looks really good. Lots of burnt ends on that one.

I don’t drive with it on, but I was chilling out in a parking lot waiting for someone and the same police officer I made fun of minutes prior for buying donuts came around and stared me down

I'll probably eff up separating the point and flat so it'll turn in to shredded point again  it'll be delicious either way though, but I'm hoping I can separate it well enough for burnt ends :fingerscrossed:

Isn't 180 over by 5 degrees? Plus resting it will continue to cook. Trying to learn, not teach

I probe it around 180-190. Sometimes they go up to 200+ just depends. I'm by no means the brisket master. @Bigdaddy4760 is better suited to answer than I

Just follow that line of fat through. You’ll be ok.
