Yea good question, that's why I delineated that. It was fun trying to give him a review, WTF will I coach him on, hes worked at the company longer than I've been alive. Luckly he used to cuss people out via email, so I got him to stop doing that LOL!!

Dude I had one guy that used to have my job but had a meltdown and took a demotion and hated evreyone but me, the 75yr old guy, another guy who was the VP of our divisions neighbor (I gave him the worst review you could give someone because he legit sucked my first year as a boss), a weird guy who had a cabin in alaska but lived here for some reason, a savant when it comes to motorized anything but hated vendors, a dude who just flew under the radar, a former HR rep who got fired but our VP hired her back as a middle finger to her boss because they hated each other, and a dude from Ghana. I got about 30yrs of management experience in 1.5yrs before I said f it and quit to start my own gig.

Managing them was actually kind of fun, they made me laugh, it was all the other lunatic assholes at that company that drove me nuts. We managed the engineering standards, equipment specs, maintenace programs and purchased evreything that didnt have wings on it for a major airline based here in chicago. That 1.5yrs felt like 10yrs.

They had 5 managers in 6yrs. They joked around saying our only written process is what to do when our boss up and quits one day.
