Could you tell us the difference between the 2020 model and the pre-2020 model? I assume it supports more cameras? If so... could pre-2020 TACOs use it to add more than the front & back cameras? I'd like to have an additional camera for "cargo" (looking into the bed).

I could be 100% wrong but it might have just been the radio being different. That would be great if I could get side views too! But I’ll settle for front and back anytime.

Yes. But this only works with specific models of the Entune head unit. This activates automatically, and also can be controlled by using the existing steering wheel controls.

I'm pretty sure that there there is a model that works for you. I have a 2017 Limited and installed this controller about a month ago.

I like it a lot. The toughest part of the install is finding the "perfect" location for the camera. I'm sure the OP of this thread can let you know which model you would need to work with your Entune version. I think it would be the same one that works with mine (RFCC Model#875000) but I'm not sure.

I'm having the same issue. Everything is installed and works but I haven't determined how to mount the supplied camera to this grill. Electrical tape will only last so long... There is this bracket (link below) for our type of grill, but I'm not sure the threaded "bolt" on the back of our camera will be long enough so I am hesitant. I don’t have one in my hands right now, I’m supposed to have some shipped to me at the end of the month so I’m thinking I should have them about mid may.
Details are still scarce, but I am pretty sure the plugs in the back of newer entune 3 units are different so I don’t think the new units will be backwards compatible.

I don’t know the model Number but the unit I have will fit your taco

Guys looking to install your cams, install everything else first, the camera plugs into the wiring harness. See how you want it, angles, orientation, etc, before you drill , and mount it.
