    Agreed. Most of my lab instruments do the math for me, I'm a glorified button pusher nowadays. Every once in a while I get to double check a calculation though. Those are the fun days.

    I made an excel sheet to calculate derivatives for something or another one day years ago. That was a great day.

    Other than that, same. All the heavy lifting is done by the software i'm using. Or if I'm writing it, I write it, test it, and forget it.

    On the upside, I no longer find bits of eraser everywhere :laughing:
