You should get a second welder with randyfab charm included.

I'll skip the welder and just take the charm.

Just start doing projects to get your "mojo" going like Austin Powers:

Lets see how much the rain will put a damper on the tower project tomorrow.

Nice thing about living in Fauquier is if you go one way, you head towards civilization, but if you go the other way, it's open roads and you can let it rip, depending where in the county you are. When I had the 09 4Cyl, I'd often get on an open road and just let it rip. Lot better than sitting in traffic

Anyone in the Manassas area know a good parking lot to wind the winch string back in? I was going to try Colgan High School, but I don't think it's going to work because of the way it's set-up. #4wdproblems

Are you planning on hooking to something or dragging another car along? I just pull my wifes car in the street in front of my house.

I am looking for a lightpole with a concrete base to pull the truck along. Pulling my daughter's car (forgot she was even home) is kind of last resort. I'm not sure I want to string a billion feet of winch down the street in front of my house. My neighbors already think I'm crazy.

They'll just think you're going nuts from the quarantine, and they wouldn't be wrong. I prefer pulling something along vs me pulling myself along. I can better monitor the line wrapping on the drum and it always seems to do a nicer job. Something to think about.

About 90' but you'll want to keep 10 wraps on the drum as a minimum. You'll have about 80' of useable line.

Lol that's exactly where I go to wind my winch. Plenty of sturdy light poles around.

Ah. Cool. Forgot about that place. And not that far from home. I'll keep it available for a 2nd option.

I walked off 90 feet today. It's not near as long as I thought..

Is anywhere doing state inspections still? I know Gov suspended enforcement for 30 days, but both of my cars are about to expire.
