Survived the Chattanooga tornado last night without any damage. Was almost center track per the Times Free Press map, but we just had insulation and pieces of roof all over the yard and roof, no idea of the origination of the pieces, but wasn't ours. Took the drone up and didn't see any damage path in any direction. We are a few miles from the East Brainerd area where most of the damage the news is showing took place though. Wife woke me up when we got the warning and we ran to the basement. I never hear noises in the basement during thunder storms, but you could hear the wind whipping around the house pretty bad when it rolled through.

Gears ordered. Went 4:88 ECGS suggested not to go with 4:56 since I have extra weight on my truck. I still don’t understand how gears are gonna bring my mpg back up if I’m cruising the interstate at 3k.

also I was wrong on my initial. This past weekend I noticed my truck was about 2000-2100 rpm at 70 mph loaded with the kids and wife.

3rd gen v6 ..... what do you need to change the oil filter. My sister asked me and I don't care to research so someone answer this for me please

I've got 4.88, but 4 banger. If I went to 35s, my mpg would increase...

 

Well thanks for making this even more confusing lol. So you’re saying I need 37/38’s

 

So am I mistaken or don’t gears have to broken in.

 

Some folks say you should follow a break-in process, but I've not done anything extensive either time changed gears other than taking it easy for the first 500 miles and changing the gear oil again.
