Yeah I heard it’s not an issue with long travel. My buddy has the same Kings and rarellllly tops out. Mine ride really nice, just the harsh topping out off-roading at times. Not trying to trash the shock

@SoCalTacoTruck how do you like the kings up front paired with the b110 in the back? I’m going to be doing the same thing for a while until I get the shock relocate.

It’s a great ride imo. I will say it helps if you have a soft leaf pack (or carrying weight) since the Bilstein’s are a little stiff at lower speeds.

I should comment on this All Pro Mid Skid.

Definitely not a fan of it, but for $44, I didn’t expect much. It’s about .5” too short (or the bend is at the wrong angle). The bolts included look like they’d snap in half if I did happen to land on a rock. I swapped them out for some other bolts I had laying around.

Also, why is it so high? I can’t fit my finger between the transmission pan and the skid. Maybe great fitment, sure, but it makes it a PITA and also a concern. Oh well, it fits.

I’m a huge fan of the alum. IFS skid from AllPro, but I’ll be purchasing a different T-case skid than what they offer.

    Very small gap...

Snapped a few more photos today of the truck. In the booty pic you can see the real width of the tires - These suckers are narrow. I'm netting around 18.3 corrected mpg mixed city and highway, so around a 3-4 mpg drop. Not much, I'll expect another drop once the bed is carrying some weight.

    Nice truck, man!

Have you tested those 35x10.50s out in the dirt yet? I’m super interested in them, but there isn’t much real world info and feedback on them yet...

Dropped another video today! I put together suspension packages at $500, $1000, $1500, and $3000 for people who may not know what to buy.

If you got time, check it out and thumbs up the video. It really helps me get the video out to more people! I make an average of $4-6 on each video I make if you’re curious...honestly I do it for the fun of it!

They are definitely saving my some MPG. Since they’re narrow I’m still getting 18.3mpg mixed driving!

it’s so strange these look like they run small when I think I saw a measurement on the forum they came out to 34.7” mounted. Maybe it’s the Dakars sitting tall on the AC.

if I run these, may just go AAL as I don’t want more than 1.5-2” in the front anyways.

My truck sits stupid high, thats why they look small. The rear has settled a little more than in this picture, but I still need the truck to drop 1” in front and 2” in the back. Once I add bumpers it’ll do the work.

I measured my set to 34.6” @ 33 psi cold mounted on the truck

I think it’s also those bright wheels in 17.” I’ll likely be using Ray10 with a black lip so they’ll make the tire look bigger
