    That ones on the drywall guy... unless the electrician didn't put it at the correct code height.. actually its on the Superintendent for missing it, most of those guys are fucking morons.

    so the island is getting a sink there. Btwn the two cabinets by the wall there is going to be a gas range- I measured normal ranges and they are bigger than the space so that is another crap shoot conversation I need to have...

    If possible you might want to move that Floor register, never seen one in a traffic area like that. You can put them under cabinet and put a grill in toe kick to allow air flow.

    Unless there is access from below, I doubt they will budge on that one. I may start a new business to start doing walk troughs with people in their "new" homes, those supers miss so much shit.
