You need an impact gun or you can do the old school method of putting a breaker bar on the crank bolt while giving the starter a small tap to break the bolt free if you want to do those pulleys, the blower pulley that is. All the others are fine, as you know.

I would swap both OEM crank and overdrive pulley to the NST pulleys at the same time

I would also. Far less work to do it once and be done with it.

Might have missed it, but once the crank bolt is off is a puller needed to remove the main pulley, or does it slip off?

The crank pulley is keyed. There is only one way the pulley can slide on in order to keep the timing mark accurate. A little grease is great especially around the stainless steel sleeve

Don’t heat the crank pulley

I used a check valve pre throttle body. It was stainless steel nickel plated. Think my pump was nickel plated too. No rust there just corrosion at the throttle body where it got caught between it and the coupler.

Still have the meth kit and might try it with my 2.1 pulley setup this summer. Still researching the best controller for it. Or find a controller for my 7th

I Contacted NST to see if they had any left outside of the GB and waiting on a response. Anyone interested in selling theirs? If not anyone interested in getting rid of the stock boat anchor I’m in need of one.

I contact them a few weeks back and they didn't have any extras. Also didn't seem like they were interested in making more. :( Maybe if there is enough interest again they would do another run?

Any pics? I'm not sure I understand where to mark pulley. Am I marking on the bolt/pulley to make sure they didn't move or is it a mark on the outer part of pulley at 12 o'clock?

All you have to do is make a small tiny slit on the pulley in the exact location where the OE pulley has its TDC line as shown below, my mark was painted over with blue mechanics paint. That's all.

I’ve been trying to return my pulleys to NST for months now. Mine arrived damaged and the alt pulley was the wrong one like many of us.

They refuse to respond at this point.
