Well, news saying Colleges are delaying incoming class till Jan 2021. Boston Univ was only name I recognized from their list.

Said Students haven't been able to complete entrance exams and New Admissions "hasn't been a priority" at Universities/ colleges.

    What haven’t I changed?
Agreed. Even if it's an immediately obvious issue they probably will miss it. On my house we were supposed to have a banister instead of a half-wall for the stairs, but the framers framed it out as a half-wall and I don't know how long it sat like that before I brought it to my super's attention. He told me he walked through the homes "every day" but it seemed like he wasn't really inspecting anything on those "walks". There were other issues too like water connections not in the right place, an empty gang box for a smoke detector that someone forgot about, one of the cabinet doors was installed backwards, the list goes on and on. If you're having a house built, it's best to do your own on-site inspections to keep those people honest.

I feel like every person building a new home should hire a inspector. It’s amazing what kind of crap builders try and pull. I saw my first inspector in a $15million dollar house out here and he took 3 days to do his inspection and had pages and pages of notes.

Every inspection report I've ever seen has a huge disclaimer on it that the inspector knows nothing about anything and you can't hold them liable for anything because they got their license by filling out a coupon cut from the back of a cereal box.
