    I was an E3 in the Army, and made $1050 a month, before taxes, groceries, car insurance on a free car my parents gave me, and could barely save $50 a month. Everyone is different, and should aim to save what they can.

    I didn't see the rationale for the ATHs while we were there. The P/E was a bit high, justified by low interest rates I guess. Well now interest rates are even lower, so why not irrationally go above the ATHs? I could see it happening.
