    Thank you!

Probably going to take at least two more coats with a sanding in between.

I have a 900 sq ft garage with 9 foot walls and a flat ceiling.. I've put in every nail screw staple whatever.. and hung the drywall myself... I've done my time sanding and I'd rather give up whiskey before doing any more drywall sanding!! Haha

    Thank you sir!
I don't have a lot of people visiting my garage so I'm not worrying about the ceiling.. finishing a house like you're doing is a different story! Sorta HAVE to get it done LoL

Tell them you left it that way so that they could see the process it took to get to what they see on the rest.

Hopefully when we finally get to get a house again I want to build my shop. I want an area for all my stuff and projects and I want at least 2 lifts in it.

Decide whatever size you think you need.. then make it 1.5 times that size!! Haha my garage is the biggest the city would let me build. I realized far too late that I could have built higher. I could have had a second floor with load bearing trusses and the whole 9 yards.
I have the heated floor plumbed.. but not hooked up yet. I'd like to have separate spaces for wood and metal work.. but I don't.
My advice.. swing for the fences and it'll still be too small! Haha

Well if I build it as large as I want it I will be building a decent sized manufacturing plant.

    I’m thinking probably 50’x60’ or 50’x70’

Thanks Bryan! It should all come together here soon... I've been dragging my feet on a couple of things waiting for something to arrive.. but all the other small details are coming together nicely.

Like I said.. I went with 9 foot walls.. Not understanding at the time that I could have went with a gable roof with load bearing trusses. But hey.. it works for me.. You're definitely going to have more room with the printer and powder coater and the laser and whatever else you have LOL

I want a good place to be able to do all sorts of work out of and the wife said I can build what I want as long as it fits in with the house.
