I apparently feed mine too well. I watched her in the garage one day o top of the car just watchinga mouse run back and forth. The two in the house will hunt mice relentlessly however

 

So I go outside this morning and the cat has something red on her legs. First thought blood. Nope atf she got under the Camaro where I have a drip pan because another huge ass yellow tabby came into the garage. So I have been all day chasing her around trying to clean it off as I found out it’s poisonous. Finally when my wife got home we could wash her better but she is not happy with me. Sitting in a box with towels in front of a heater trying to get her to dry

Oh the cat isn’t happy first time she’s ever hissed at me but all in all she was pretty good whole time we were washing her

 

Marty has taken to jumping in the shower randomly. Never had a cat that liked water before. It's quite annoying. -_-

 

Our cat will not drink from a water bowl. He jumps in the shower to drink from the faucet. Sometimes he stays in the back of the bathtub while we take showers. Talk about a peeping Tom. He is not afraid of water at all. If he could swim we would take him with kayaking. He would let you give him a bath like a puppy.

Man she wasn’t a happy camper. She never goes under the car but I guess she was after the other cat. She’s locked in there now we latched the cat door if she pees in there tonight so be it I’m more concerned with her being healthy and keeping the other cat out

I always have mixed emotions about having any pets because it hurts me so bad when they’re gone. Maybe why I always get rescues. My sister in law saw me loving on the garage cat and said “ oh you do have compassion” I told her yes for animals. I have a couple in particular I still really miss and they e been gone a while. I’m so tight with my little dog I have now idk how I’ll handle it when she goes

 

If it didn't hurt to lose them, it'd be hard to feel like you really cared for them.

I don't have a good barometer for how I felt when I lost him. That whole year sucked and I was already drained when it happened. Still crosses my mind all the time though.

 

lol My wife thinks the same thing. Apparently I’m abrasive to people and visit their pets more then them when we go to someone’s place.

 

Well I guess it doesn’t say “grumpy ass” under my screen name for nothing. I’m not too bad with a lot of people mostly family

 

There's just a lot of boring people in the world. "Oh, you've watched all 80 seasons of the simpsons? And family guy. How interesting."


Pets on the other hand, are endlessly entertaining.
