Did you check a ground wire? My head lights now we're doing that and found that to be the issue

Ive got them on my truck> I upgraded the bulbs to led and they still suck for visibility. I also got them significantly cheaper on Amazon.

Nice looking truck! Your headlight problem is partially due to substandard aftermarket headlight housings and their optics, but it's further exacerbated by the LED bulbs. The sad truth is that they just aren't the "upgrade" that the marketers say they are. If you stick with those housings, you'd actually get marginally better lighting performance by going back to a halogen bulb.

I would love to say that our resident lighting expert (@crashnburn80) is in the process of doing another one of his unbiased, scientific tests of aftermarket headlight housings, but the truth is that there are just too many of them out there for him to test all of them. What he has proven is that short of a high quality (and fairly costly) projector retrofit, the best performing headlight upgrade for our 2nd generation trucks is his Ultimate Headlight Upgrade. Mic drop.

Bought these off ebay when they had a coupon. I really like them. I tried LEDs first and they didn't output enough light. Switched to H11: Profile Powerhouse HID System from TRS. Far superior lighting to oem or led. Nice and very bright. I would suggest getting a high quality hid kit like the morimoto kits. Looks like the Profile kit isn't available anymore, but the morimoto kit is the same price. https://www.theretrofitsource.com/h11-morimoto-elite-HS-H11?quantity=1

Sorry if this has already been mentioned.. but it seems like one of my wires in the harness has melted causing my low beams to flicker super hard with my PIAA led lights. Anyone have any issues with this or know how to get a new harness for these lights specifically.

Yeah I'm not happy about it. I thought about taking the housing apart and see if I can fix it, but then i'll have to possibly deal with water/condensation issues as a result of my poor job putting it back together!

Bought a set, after a couple of months noticed there was condensation, further investigation revealed a crack along top of headlight housing. Warranty did not cover. Bought a new pair (can't buy just one) worked fine for a few months then noticed driver's low beam was out. Warranty did cover this pair so they sent me a new pair (woohoo). However a few months later the driver's low beam was out again! Swapped back to the originals last month.

The high and low beam going out is just a bulb replacement. Has nothing to do with the housing. Why swap back when you can just replace the bulb.

Part frustration with it happening twice in a short period after purchasing and part testing to see if it happens with the original set, to narrow down between crappy bulbs or electrical issue. Plus the truck is driven by my 17 y/o , if it burns out again and he ends getting a ticket my insurance will go nuts :)

Worst case he gets a ticket for a headlight, its a fix it ticket. Insurance isn't affected unless you don't fix it.
