Too big for my skin. Y’all are straight up crawling though. I’m more of a mud and trail junkie.

    Definitely do agree!
If you want a crazy launch go with the 4.88's

Ahhh yeah thats a good point it'd have to be somewhere close or it wouldnt be worth it. Have you ever thought about using your taco tube, and just welding the collar in the engaged position? Can then make a block off plate for where the ADD mounted. You could save some money vs using the FJ tube

@hoverlover do you know what wiring is needed to be able to unplug the ADD and not have the dash light blinking? I still have my ADD plugged in and wired up near the transmission to keep the ecu happy

It's easy and will give it a finished look.

If I'm doing anything I'm gonna do it right and make it look damn good.

Honestly, no. But I imagine cutting and splicing the wires behind the glove box would do it. Then you're only reading directly off of the sensors at the xfer case.

That said, I do not know if your ADD would actuate. Common Sense says yes but 1) I haven't chased down every wire and 2) Toyota has been known to do some weird electrical shit.

The good thing about boost is that you can get away with a little less gear.. could go 4.56s and if you arent pleased with performance, you could always drop a pulley size on the blower and get some more pep back that way. If it was me id go full retard with 5.29s since you have the auto tranny, but i love an overgeared truck, it just seems fitting for a pickup:D

Ahh you have a good point there I saw a couple of videos about that but they used a hose clamp I didn’t like that idea.
I’ve looked at the rst harness I’m still on the fence about it I’m not concerned about the dash lights since I’ll be using the twin sticks and switch has a light for on/off.
