A buddy of mine is Italian and is always cooking pasta. No lie- his parents have one of these and they always use it. Other than that I see no practical use.

I was thinking about that from the perspective of running a high output kitchen. I'm not a chef nor do I aspire to be one but I could see this being useful when adding water to something at multiple stages.

Those things are a convenience thing. It’s also just a total rich person thing. Like, “look I’m rich enough to not have to move a pot off the stove” lol. My wife still wants one of those but I think their dumb. Most people who have them have a really big kitchen where the sink Is further away in higher end homes.

If the working triangle is set up correctly, the sink, oven and fridge shouldn't be that far away from each other.

anyone know of a place i can buy replacement W-Pan aluminum patio cover panels at?

I have an existing side yard patio cover that i use to park my boat under. I am buying a larger boat and plan to extend the cover to fully cover the boat. I cant for the life of me find anywhere to buy replacement or extra single panels.

I recently use the 30 Second cleaner on my fence to remove green algae. It's been stained a couple of times over the years. The cleaner and pressure washing worked well. But no matter how careful you are, pressure washing a stained fence it tricky. The green is gone...but she looks rough.

Started staining it today. Only 8 more miles left.

Good before and after the stain.

The left side is the neighbor's fence. He wouldn't be caught dead manually laboring.

I'm installing a big sink in my basement to wash my dog in and I want to do a sched 40 pvc drain like the one in the picture. Anyone know where I can get the circled fitting? The PVC fittings at Home Depot seem to have a wider thread than the threaded area on the sink drain.

So your sink has the traditional tailpiece that goes into a slip fitting. I want to eliminate the slip fittings and screw the pvc pipe directly to the sink drain. That fitting you referenced is what I tried at home depot. The threads are too wide. The metal threads on the sink drain are very fine - much closer together.

You don't have to be rich to have a pot filler. I put one in our kitchen when I redid it because my wife wanted one. I use it to fill the coffee pot all the time. Our house is small @984 sq. feet.
