That’s more like what I was looking for. Do you have one of these?

 

Here’s how I used to mount mine. ( I don’t overland) there’s a long bolt (from an old spring compressor) that comes through the center of the tire and you just tighten the tire to the rack.

I made the same type mount for my wife’s truck

 

I actually do but I never used it. I’m debating between mounting OEM holder to underside of bedrack or using it ??
