All honesty man if I know something I can do will help save a life I would spend every last penny I’ve got.

I just ordered a couple hundred dollars of parts for my 3D printer to get it back to like new once this is all done. Printing 24x7 plays heck on them.

 

Just fired up the smoker. Going to smoke a 1 pound deer backstrap. Planning on 3-ish hours at 200 degrees and going for an internal temp at 160-165
