    This will be my like 7th interview and with 11 different people so far.

    I do have a small fighting chance as there is a guy within this region who is highly respected and knows me, he put a good word in for me to his boss, which is probably why his boss 'reconsidered' me.

    She doing alright. She had actually lost weight at her appointment yesterday, weirdly enough. He is measuring really big so they’ve decided he’s coming early and moved us up from June 13 to May 23 so it’s almost go time :goingcrazy:

    Ha - can't do anything about it now :cheers:

    Besides - with quarantine, selling my house, living with my in-laws, buying a new house, and moving, I've got a lot of other things to worry about at the moment. Now maybe in a month when we are settled in our new house and (maybe) back to normal-ish life, I might be in more of a panic BUT I think we are both pretty excited about him and are ready to meet him:oops:

    And if we are still in quarantine, I won't be able to blame him on why I can't go to the gym. Win Win

    Definitely did not plan on all of this happening at once. Selling my house went WAY quicker than we thought (4 days). Finding a house took WAY longer than we thought (almost 2 months) and then they moved the due date up almost a month, so it sort of all just piled on. The only good thing about the quarantine is that is allowed us both to be home from work and be able to devote a lot more time to this stuff vs. if we both had to go to an office everyday and only be able to do stuff at night or weekends

    Tried to make this bar I have a deadlift bar today by moving the plates out about 4 inches. This is 620lb and seems like very little flex... How much more will a deadlift bar flex at this weight? This is max flex right as it's coming off the ground.

    I could see it going both ways. I see a lot of people at my company wanting to be back in the office. But I guess you said “5 days per week” so I’m assuming you meant people are going to want to work remote once or twice a week.
    That question was actually brought up in a way during our CEO connection meeting yesterday. Interested to see how it actually plays out.

    I can flex my bar that much by just pushing down on it.

    I tried to javelin throw it down there but it only went 7 feet.

    Probably should of attempted to throw it while outside and not inside my house. Hindsight 20/20

    @Supra TT

    I got me a bag of red potatoes last time I was at the store. Needed to change things up a bit.

    Made potato salad with them tonight with dinner. Cooked up some bacon to crumble in there and I ended up pouring the bacon grease in with the mayo dressing.

    Bomb.

    These red potatoes are better than the russets.

    Pretty much the only potato I now eat... Red... So smooth so good. Absolutely worth it!
