Just my $0.02 but think of the auto locker driving highway roads/speeds and it locking and unlocking around corners.

Yes we do you have Flappy...doorhandles....I have replaced driver side twice...handle in that video looks like my old tundra handle.

That's a big ass spider and I always get spiders in my mirrors that I spray as well but not that big

Man fuck that place, I remember leaving my shoes on the floor overnight and next morning having a new civilization living in it. The beaches were beautiful and Holden utes with V8 were fun to hoonigan.

How much was the piece? I want the 2020 grill too! :annoyed:

I've been unable to find the P/N of the 2020 TRD grille insert. The whole assembly with the painted surround is pricey - $500 USD at US dealers (ref P/N 5310104100A0 for white, 5310104100C0 for black). Best to get the insert second-hand from someone changing to the Pro grille.

I did not enjoy this grill insert and had to fight with my insurance company to keep my truck

The best part about hitting the deer was being able to get a new front grill, rad, lights etc and an ARB bumper.....I have been very impressed with the factory powder coat finish on this bumper.

The next deer will probably slam me in the side door now that I am armoured upfront… LOL. My neighbourhood is a high density deer population and provides me with 80% of my annual protein intake via my crossbow.

That actually happens sometimes. Because you don't always hit the deer in the middle, the deer can get spun around and dent your door or rocker panel.

Hey I love bugs and critters and things that can kill you. It’s part of the charm IMO. Keeps things interesting and keeps you on your toes.

That’s why I bought my trail gear bumper. I hit a decent sized doe the other week and it just went flying off into the bush like a frisbee, never to be seen again. No damage in the bumper at all.

Nice truck by the way. Love the colour and regular cabs. Would love to get one and put a tray and canopy on it.

I hit a deer in a 77 GMC Jimmy doing 140Kmph. Impact was so hard, everything started leaking (even worse than before - lol). Took out the grille, rad, headlight, hood, fender, door and part of the quarter when it spun around to the side...
I was able to drive the truck home. The deer was mush.

Reminds me of the old joke...

Was driving home the other day,
Saw this cute little baby bunny right in the middle of the road.
I had to jam on the brakes, and swerve like hell!
Or I would have missed him!

    Delivery truck arrived.

Will be cutting off parts of the harness as I don't need the button etc with my Spod Bantom. Then to figure out where to put them.
They are spot pattern so I may just mount them on either side of my lightbar for now.
As I may move the lightbar into my scoop later on....

    Supposed to be warmer tomorrow....

Ordered the front camera system with the OEM looking button from Beatsonic and it looks like it's arriving at customs today.

Once that is in I plan on doing all my cab through firewall wiring all at once,
lol so I don't have to keep taking the kickpanel out and fish wires,

    So at the same time I'll be running wires for;
    Front Camera,
    Dashcam full-time power,
    Spod Bantam Keypad, (network cable)
    Rear Locker Button wire harness,
Spare lines for radio/whatever later on, figure I'll roll em up and hide in the dash for later.

Glad I have a bunch of sheathing, splitloom shinktube and connectors, might have to run to the shop and get a fistful of zipties though.

    C'mon warm weather!
