Yea, It's not too bad. Take it really slow especially the first run and first 3 runs. after that i kept mine around 55 max. Lot of interstate in my area. I never had so many people pissed off at me. I got flashing headlights, tailgaters, honkers, middle fingers. But in the end, it was worth it!

Lucky, yes. But also responsible. The biggest travesty of a high school education is that lessons in fiscal responsibility are not on the curriculum.

No job is ever completely stable. Shit happens, sometimes it's the economy, sometimes it's personal health. Either way everyone should have some form of self-insurance against the inevitable rainy day. When you are earning a paycheck, no matter your budget, pay your savings account first, your bills second, fun shit a distant third.

If you can't carry yourself for at least four months on zero income and zero assistance, now is the time to start fixing that.

I was definitely under that assumption.

I am lucky I don’t have to think about that though.

    Lessons in fiscal responsibility?

They should start by setting an example of fiscal responsibility.

How about we don't derail this thread and instead keep it light hearted and show cool things we bought.

Haha, yea I don't understand why everyone has to drive so fast anyways. Usually I try to come up with something funny like, "Oh there goes Jeff Gordon, headed to the race track" or "That guy there must have a pregnant wife about to deliver their baby". Gotta have fun with it or those people will drive you crazy

I’m buying sheet goods for a rock wall in my garage. The kids never leave now, so it’s the perfect time and excuse. We’re calling it “Mom’s Rock Wall” because...propaganda.

My stimulus money basically equals what I owe the feds for 2019, so a wash for me. But I did just buy a new suspension.

Bilstein 6112/5160, Icon RXT leaf packs, ECGS bushing, and JBA UCA's.

Yeah. Drilling out the plywood and using t-nuts for bolt-on and screw-on holds.

I also bought lawn care for the season and today is the first visit. They're out there now and I gotta say, it's pretty fantastic to not have to mow my lawn and they're wildly more efficient. Homeboy just mowed the whole front yard in like 4 minutes.
