It may or may not help. My ender came with one, and when that same thing happened to me, the boot just filled up with filament and made it more of a PITA to clean up. YMMV though, you probably know more than me about the machines and have yours setup way better.

 

Hopefully it’s just a cheap element. Replacing the whole thing even though only an hour or two job ain’t fun.

 

I tested out the elements and they are good. I just finished putting both thermostats on it and doing a test run now

 

I ordered the sock that’s specific to my E3D hot end and it’s supposed to work. I had one on it at one point but I put it on after it was all together so didn’t fit well. This time I’ll put it on as I’m reassembling it. This is after I got the majority of it off.

Costco's here seem to have a good selection. Then again I'm not one that has any knowledge as to what makes 1 pc of meat better than the other. I'll get Maners opinion tomorrow about the brisket and pork butts I'm taking over. Doesnt matter to me if its a little lower quality, I know I will still find it delicious when I eat it!

 

Checked a bunch of sites. Brownells has some 124 gr of another brand. $230 + and $10 shipping. $30 for a 10 rnd mag. Not a bad deal but I feel like I can do better.

Ok this stupid day can end. Got outbid on the gun kit I want. Printer screwed up and down for 3-4 days until I can get parts, breakfast sammich sucked (heated up in microwave and it it tasted freezer burnt). I did make some chicken parm in the air fryer to replace the throw away sammich. That was good. Today seems like a good day to kill a bottle of tequila.

Started out with such good hope since I got to sleep good last night.
