Lucky. Mine has been through 11 winters in the Midwest and well, it shows...

I’ve been doing some research and found a product that should help clean up the drums, hub and parts of the frame before I paint them. Gonna try hard to keep things black as long as I can, especially with the new wheels showing off more parts. Can’t wait to get them on Tuesday.

For shits and giggles until I get everything I need for 35s I want my F5s mounted up, but on my stock tires.

anyone have pics of -25 on a 245 tire? Even a 255/85/16 too.

So I have a happy sad story. I got my F fives in the mail yesterday but the tire place wouldn't mount them because I had a plug in one of my tires.....20200407_133233.jpg

Mine also arrived yesterday! The matte gunmetal finish looks amazing @SCSPerformance

But, I’m not in a hurry to get these things mounted. It’ll probably be two weeks or so before I get the truck ready for them. Have a long list of things I want to do and a room full of other parts to install first. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. Lol.

This may come across as a stupid question but this is my first time buying aftermarket wheels so looking for some help here. Going to be ordering the 16x8 F5's in the 4.5 backspace option. I have seen everywhere that 265/75/16s will fit and not rub aside from the mudflaps which is an easy fix, however i have some relatively new 245/75/16 on the truck currently on my stock wheels with less than 10k on them. My question being-could i mount the 245s on the F5s or where they are 8 inches wide as opposed to the 7 inch wide stock SR5 wheels will the tire not be wide enough to mount?
I do 75% of my driving on highway/city and mix in a little offroad here and there so im not looking to upsize tire all that much and kill highway performance, i mainly just love the look of the F5's but i will bump to a bigger tire if neccessary. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Might look a teeny bit stretched but could probably get a shop to do it.

265s will look mo better though and the traction gained will be worth it imho. I don't drive my truck much tho. And she has 285s looking to go dirtys because of the Jones's

Appreciate all the feedback! Gonna look and see if the 245s will work first but im not opposed to going 265s, just want to get the most out of the newish other tires if possible before sizing up. The added traction of 265s would be nice though in the New England winters so ill definitely keep that in mind. Love the dark bronze on your truck, leaning towards those over the black

Looks great. I was thinking about this tire combo as well. Are you lifted? I notice your front mudflaps are still on.

    Thanks. CO here also.

Thanks, I love the look! I am not lifted, stock OR suspension. Mud flaps are on for now, I really haven't gotten the opportunity to see if they rub or anything as I've been mostly stuck at home. Planning on going with RokBlokz as I want something that's not ridgid so the stock flaps are coming off either way.
