Do you know if there are any youtube videos offering installation of what seems to be the hardest combination with the profile switchback DRL, and Halo switchback. Would love to a see a video of removing the bumper and fenders, mounting relays and ballasts, wiring, tapping for switchback DRL, and re-installing everything. As we are now 87 pages into this thread has nobody done an install video? Appreciate the feedback, it just seems daunting to me... I have a little bit of wiring experience, MESO puddle lights with switch, switch pros 9100 with BD Lightbar and Ditch Lights.

No install instructions, and no install video as of now.

I make everything as simple as possible for everyone. I make plug and play harnesses for everything I can. The only thing anyone has to do is tap their turn signal wire for switchback lighting with wire taps I include. Mounting ballasts and relays is no different than installing an hid kit on any vehicle.

If anyone wants to do an in depth install video of a well optioned set of lights (that has video experience) I’d be glad to work a deal out with you.

I really want to send my headlights in for the BHLM. It is on a 2020 Taco Off Road.

The only thing is that I was hoping to get the Meso stage 2 switchback sidemarkers to have in there. I am not sure when he will be back in production on those. If anyone has a set that they want to get rid of, I would be interested.

I would love to get this project done before I sell off my old truck. That way I have something to drive while the new truck has no headlights.

I’m in the same boat, and completely sold on the Meso side markers. My only concern is I don’t think their legal... at least in Cali. Can anyone confirm or deny?

They should be legal. The only thing I remember about front Signal lighting there was that they could be white or amber only.

I could be wrong but I thought I read somewhere that in California the sidemarker has to be reflective. So this would make the Meso side markers illegal. But again, I could be wrong and I wasn't able to find the thread that I thought I read it in.

Pretty sure you’re right, they have to be reflective technically.

How did you secure the ballasts and the relays to the vehicle? Did you actually screw them into the body, or use Velcro or something?

I just screwed them on, the metal in that area is very thin.
