Looking good! how big of a body lift? Keep in mind the length of the Fj shifter when doing the body lift.

I feel sorry for people stuck in offices....

Bolted the pods onto the sides of my existing gigantic light bar. for now...

Wouldn't know it was a 5 minute improvised, freezing my balls off install...

Wind whistling down my driveway convinced me that wiring can wait 'till tomorrow,

lol too lazy to even pull it into the garage.

Thats not too bad. @NeonHeights (who has been helping me out a lot with my swap) had a 3" body lift, and was fine with the twin sticks.

Well according to my research the third gen Manual Pro, OR and Sport,
all share the same rear end except for the 3rd member where the E-locker is.

In theory just changing out the differential housing assembly.

The two electrical connectors on it are for the locking sensor and the top one is for electrical.

Toyota uses a PWM feed of something like 70% initialize and 50% hold for the e-locker.

In theory I could just use my Spod bantam's PWM dimming function to feed the e-locker,
but I want to make a little controller that will also work nicely with the factory locker button.
That way it's also a little more idiot proof and requires 2 different buttons to engage,
and can use the LED on the factory button to light up when the locker is engaged.

Since my overhead console does not have the locker button hole I ordered one of these from shapeways.

Just have to sit down and figure out which connectors to order for the diff and for the factory button....

Well....what are you planning on doing? If you are going to be on pavement and it’s more for looks. Yes. Your ride will suffer as you are compressing the shock and reducing travel (can cause shock failure if you don’t adjust your bumps). But for pavement it’s not as much of an issue. If you are off-roading I would not go with that. Yes it will work, but you’ll be downgrading your suspension.

for a bit more I would talk to @pete37 and get some billies with an add a leaf.

Ha I knew it! I'll wheel it but I gotta lift a bit and tire up first. No big shit, but hey! Who doesn't like to go play in some dirt/mud/snow?

I had 5100's on my Chevy and I liked them..so do I run them with the stock springs? Not planning on any heavy bumpers/winch ect.

    What AAL?
