I had trouble finding a muffler shop with stainless and the willingness to make the bends. I ended up buying a whole 10ft stick of stainless because the shop didnt want to keep inventory (apparently stainless gets brittle if it sits for awhile?). The final product for mine came out a little wobbly on the bends but seems to work.

I would have paid a premium for a nicely bent length of stainless that I could take to a muffler shop to have cut/welded in.

I can confirm fitment for 4x4, plenty of clearance. A bit of a pain to install and I added a heat shield blanket under the trans pan to keep some heat off of it. Also different style of clamps that seal better.

Looks like the pipe might contact a transmission skid plate? I see this deletes the rear cats -- why? And I suspect the exhaust is louder than before.

That's URD for ya. Avoid them like the plague.

Yes indeed rear cats are gone, but you dont need 4 to begin with! I used o2 sims in place for the bung locations. This is the v2 URD pipe and its a little louder then before, I have the AFE dump exhaust for the catback.

    New here, first post.

I've was researching deleting the rear cats and found this post. I have a 19 O/R crew/long bed. I've been wheeling for years, so I have some knowlage, but I'm here to learn as well.

I hate the way Toyota ran the exhaust on this thing. What do you guys think of rerouting the cross over behind the t-case, under the drive shaft. On mine, the drive shaft is a two piece, so it won't move, don't know about other models. Running the exhaust behind the t-case would get it out of the rocks and above a skid plate. Would need a heat shield to protect the plastic electronic gear box.

    Your opinons?
