When I was your age I was about 210-220 depending on if it was hockey or football season. 2 a days didn’t kill me.

Now I ain’t nowhere near that number. I’m not in shape anymore but I’m still built like someone who works out a lot. I’ve got that v shape from the shoulders down.

I will work out more again coming soon. I just hate working out by myself I get bored.

 

I’ve played all sports and didn’t get a single injury from the roughest one... football. My bones are made of steel despite my hurting hands and jacked up feet. I like to run a lot and I’m an ok sprinter. Don’t have speed but do have tons of conditioning

 

Only time I've broken a bone is when I got hit by a car as a pedestrian when I was 22.

 

I started working out a lot when I was young. I’m built for power not speed. I got hurt in both sports. Ripped my left calf muscle during football practice and blew my shoulder up twice in hockey.

 

Glad you lived through it. I got hit by a car when I was 14 while delivering news papers. Woke up in the Homestead AFB hospital.

Thank ya sir. It was a labor of love that has paid me back dearly over the years. Lots of decompression time spent watchin' wood turn to ashes.

 

My older boy hates thunder but will stick by me if hes on leash. I taught him early to not pull on the leash so hes pretty good about not doing it. The younger one doesnt care about storms and pulls on the leash any given moment. I'm not sure they would even feel small hail. They are very healthy with lots of soft padding(Thick double coat of fur). They love it when its under 70° outside, the colder the better.
