    Ditto

I think it also varies state to state.I was charged $369 ( tune up/oil change/replaced air filter & engine coolant & etc ) and mine has 204,000 miles on it.

Precision Toyota in Tucson quoted me $380 for my 30K service. No way! With what little service they do for the 30, the spark plugs were what the guy told me was the expensive part. Labor installing them, otherwise he could sell them to me for $23.

I'm at 42K with what I assume the original plugs. I need to get mine done, but may rather pay someone else to do it. From the EDU, looks like you have to remove quite a bit of stuff out of the way.

I've changed all the fluids myself though.

FYI, service you ride at toyota dealer would put a record on Carfax, the higher fees u paid now (Maintenance such as 30/60/90k ) would benefit you in the future. It's not all bad when it comes to reselling. :)

Forget that. Just keep all your receipts, make an oil log and even take pictures of you doing the work if your an over achiever.

DIY probably is less than $100.00 for parts plus your time

I figure the dealership overcharged me $200.00+ ( minus parts & labor cost of mechanic worked on it ).

I decide it's last service @ Toyota dealership for my Tacoma since it has over 200,000 miles.I don't drive my truck as much as I used to.I will hire a reliable mobile mechanic change spark plugs in the future.

I guess the price fluctuate from one dealership to another. Just turned in mine at 60k, was quoted for $280 for major tune-up.

I'm sure not as easy as my old Accord. Access was right on top of the motor. Easy as pie.
