Just keep in mind that a 2wd driveshaft won't work except for the rear part that goes from the CB to the rear diff. Since the front part of the rear drive shaft on 4wd is a tad shorter because of the transfercase

 

Thanks guys! I ended up biting the bullet and just ordered an entire new DS from Wholesale Import Parts. Not OEM, but look to have good reviews and a 12 month unlimted mile warranty. If it works, I'll at least have a DS that I can replace the Cardan joint unlike the OEM.

 

Has anyone ran these on their Tacoma? Just trying to get some input on these. I want the OVtune but just to expensive. Thanks

 

If anyone is looking to sell their CBI overland full skid plates steel or aluminium powedercoated for 900 cash let know, I know CBI will have a sale in a week or so for 10% off about 950 shipped bare metal id rather get them asap from someone who doesnt want or use them, and is powedercoated will be willing to drive a couple hours for them
