    Ok after the shenanigans of the last few months I weighed in 3 weeks ago at 150.

    Weighed in 152 this AM. Goals are to stay right about here but drop a couple lbs of fat and add some mass. Mostly only legs.
    I’m probably 6-8 weeks away from really being cleared for below parallel squats and any heavy work.
    I have nothing left on my right quad. My VMO is gone. Pretty shitty. Pretty fucking shitty. I’m pissed but have faith this will come back quickly once I’m able to start moving some weight around.

    Rehab right now totally sucks because I feel absolutely awesome. Knee feels great. But its apparently not ready yet :annoyed:

    How is everyone working out during this weird times?

    I couldn't run when its raining outside and I have no access to any weights to lift. Push ups are getting boring and my motivation is going down each day. I am getting chubbier and at the same time losing muscle.

    Anyone know where I can get free weights? The bowflex 1090 is sold out and everyone is flipping them on ebay for 3 times the price.

    I borrowed 700lbs from my gym and am working out in my dad's basement or doing overhead pressing outside in the driveway.

    You will never find free weights, especially in the current situation. Unless you don't mean free as in spending no money... But same for "free" weights as well lol good luck finding anything without paying out the ass.

    You can run in the rain... Do more push-ups eat less food. Discipline is more important than motivation.

    Where are you located? I’m sure you can find some one craigslist and more than likely there are fitness stores in your area that sell weight and gym equipment. We have one here in NC that primarily sells to gyms but it’s open to the public and they have everything you’d need for a home gym. Free weights go for $1.25-$2/lb and they sell used stuff for less.

    What I mean as free weights is dumbbells lol. I should have mentioned that. Free would be nice though. When it rains it pours out here. And true on discipline. I guess I'm just getting lazy lol. Thank you!

    I tried offerup and people are overpricing them as well. I'll check craigslist but I expect the same. I did google and no luck. Dick's sporting goods came up and they are all sold out. What is the name of the place in NC? I'm in VA Beach, if the drive isnt too bad I may check it out.

    A guy at work just told me that there’s a season on black bears up here and that you can get like 200lbs of meat from them and even have bear burgers.... I don’t want to meet anyone from this area unless they are taking me bear hunting. That’s a new goal.

    btw they pushed my strongman meet all the way back to september.

    Dude same. The gym is the easiest part of getting healthy but it’s also the biggest mental part that keeps you eating right, atleast for me. No gym means it’s insanely hard to stay focused and eat right.

    I have a treadmill I use erryday.
    I also have Bowflex dial weights and bands along with P90X DVDs so right now my strength work is just doing those.
    I really wish I got my pull up bar for the garage.

    There are a lot of variations of body weight exercises you can make incredibly challenging just a matter of looking them up.
    Put your feet on a chair and do decline. Move your hands tight against your body. Hand stand push ups. Pause push ups (pause at bottom). Take 4 second per rep.

    Yoga will whip your ass without weights.

    I’m hiking right now with a backpack full of cans. I also do squats and lunges with it on.

    Just gotta be willing to get creative which I found has been the tough part during all this. I’m less motivated to get creative.
