Correct, the hub pocket isn't machined all the way through to accept the CV.

Ditto on those Detroit hubs. Bought them off of Amazon. Packaged well. I’ve had them on for a little over 2k miles when I finally installed the Maxtracs and the rest of the suspension, nice and tight, no play, no squeak.

That's the same part number as the Dorman hubs. So that begs the question, who makes them for who?

    Quick question

I have a 3rd Gen, but I'm slowly building it into a prerunner.

These would allow me to take the preload off of my coilovers but still give me the lift correct?

that's what I did with my 2nd gen, put the maxtracs on and lowered my coilovers to give minimal lift

Hey TW I need some advice. I’m almost about to pull the trigger on some Fox DSC extended coilovers soon and I just want to make sure JBA UCAs would work on my rig.
I currently have a 4” Maxtrac spindle lift so I plan on running the Fox coilovers with zero preload and just some on the drivers side to counteract the lean. Will these UCAs work with little to no lift? I’ll probably gain like ~0.5 inches of lift from just the springs being a higher rate than stock. Any advice will
    Be appreciated.

@ChadsPride Idk to be honest. But I have the 3rd gen offroad coilovers on my 2nd gen right now and it gave me like ~0.5 of added lift. So Im was assuming the same would happen with the Fox coilovers.

I'm not an expert but hopefully somebody can chime in!

I think you'll be getting a taller coil with the new setup.

you'll definitely want an adjustable UCA, I think Light Racing you can choose between stock and another setting? I have ICON extended travel coilovers and im maybe getting .5-1" of lift, but my front is level with the rear and the rear I have an Allpro standard 3" pack in the bac . so I would have to say maybe .5", I really dont know lol. I do also have maxtracs and total chaos ucas. my problem right now is the TC UCAs have camber correction built in and because my coils are not raised at all much, my wheels have like 1.5* negative camber. so the ucas are overcorrecting right now, only way to fix the issue, either raise the coils (not happening) or get heim UCAs for more adjustment. so...I think most UCAs are gonna run into this issue, id say try something that has a selectable correction like LR ucas or something possibly

last pic is my pass side and the coil out of the truck is my driver side, only enough to compensate for the taco lean
