Here’s the only rattler I’ve ever seen in the wild. He was about 8” longer but 3 1/2” buckshot took that off

It had 11 rattlers, some of them have fallen off.

I told him to go ahead. Just don't take it out of my yard.

 

getting outta the house if at all possible, alas we have rain, then wind, but I will be grilling later on

Or lie down and do nothing?
Being lazy is harder than most people realize.

Morning all . Snowing here now.

 

"She who must be obeyed" said we are making a store run and if it stops raining the sun comes out, going to the Amish greenhouse up the road. I said I'm going trout fishing! So we compromised and now I'm getting ready to go to the store and if it stops raining, head to the greenhouse.

So, an elderly couple are sitting around the house one day.
Then the old man says to his wife
"I'm going to town. You want anything?"
She thinks for a minute and answers "Yes. I want some ice cream"
As he's about to leave, she stops him. "I've changed my mind. I don't just want ice cream. I want a banana split. I'll write it down so you don't forget."
"No, that's okay. I can remember that"
"Well" she replies "I want a scoop of chocolate with marshmallow topping. A scoop of strawberry with pineapple topping and a scoop of vanilla with hot fudge topping. I better write it down for you."
"It's okay. I can remember." says her husband
An hour later he comes back and hands her a greasy bag. Inside are six bagels.
"You old fool. You forgot the cream cheese"
