So boredom has most definitely set in! I have gotten a lot of stuff done already. I dynamatted the floorboards, waiting on more material for the rear of cab and doors. Seat heater elements have been installed while I had the seats out. The truck now has rockford fosgate speakers all around and a 5 channel amp. Remote starter is working great! Really just want some cheaper mods time consuming or not to tackle in this downtime and running out of ideas! I almost bought suspension parts instead of this stuff but realized I want it really decked out for comfort and convenience before I do that. Thanks in advance!

The battery terminals seem like an amazing solution I am glad I now know about. Same thing with the power tray thats excellent. Is the 1045 a direct swap? I will look for a write up on that as it would be nice for no adapter to be needed and that is all it is used for. Hondo garage knobs I forgot about but will be ordering! thank you!

I'm intrigued! What's the benefits? Ability to connect accessories? Do your factory cables clamp on to these, or do you cut and re-crimp?

    Any install treads?

Mainly organization of accessory wires and cables. You can reuse the factory cable but they also provide an option to cut and reclamp the negative cable. The Negative has a big cylinder ring and SDHQ provides a lug you can clamp to or you can cut it and use the proved ring terminal.

I don't have an actual install thread but you can see them here in this one. Check out post #2/

Toyota uses a weird proprietary connector to the cig lighter. I just cut the wires and crimped on female disconnects that plug directly into the 1045. A lot of people have done this mod but I dont think I have seen a write up. My advice to you is do NOT pry the cig lighter you WILL scratch and dent the soft OEM plastic. I used needle nose and slowly wiggled it out, wasn't super easy.

That's the problem with us guys we're never happy with the product the way it comes...lol i took an 04 LJ wrangler an 8" lift 6 inch suspension and 2 inch pucks, had to change the rear and the front axles 37s tires . Totally went overboard but my jeep won galore at truck meets

Awesome! Ordered, even though I despise SDHQ's shipping policy. Also, thanks for the link to your build. Helped me realize I also had to order the separate ground to body cable.

Ya the cig lighter has I think 4 tabs on the back side that when you push it in, it clips in, those 4 tabs are what make it a pain to remove.
