Took the snow tires off and put the ATM tires back on. Does that mean it's spring officially?

Yeah still snowing here a lot. But hot enough in the Valley the roads aren't a big issue. Plus not driving g anywhere anyways hardly lol

Snowing here too. Really ready summer.

Oh and truck related - blew some stimulus money on a pair of corbeau moabs. Found them for just over $400. Never been perfectly happy with my sparco, so we'll see how these are.

The muffler on my Tacoma is 22". It's a piece, waiting for it to shit the bed entirely. Gonna see about making an absolutely silent exhaust for it.

Lemme know how they are, I've been turned off on Corbeau ever since I saw pics of them snapping half. But the ones I sat in were comfy

Have fun getting to that shim on the intake. I'd recommend getting the tool but even then it's difficult to see what is actually going on back there.

When you pull the exhaust cam don't forget to put a bolt in the scissor gear.

The 4 banger doesn't make as offensive of a sound as the 6cyl....

The 02 has a stock muffler.

Well what’s left of it and a Minnesota license plate hose clamped on it. It’s loud

Have nothing better to do so I finally installed my HELLA horns. Pretty decent upgrade over stock.

Resealed 3/4 cap windows the other day. Got 4 rolls of butyl tape from work for free. Still have to do the one at the front, but that'll happen once spring is truly here. Such an improvement! The old foam sealant was totally shit, the cap was leaking all over the place.

Super easy ordeal, just pulled the hex head screws on the inner window frame and out they came. Sure, the butyl squeezed out a bit, it'll get trimmed eventually. Next up is to pull the cap to get that front window.

Gonna bend some 16ga steel to make mounting tabs for a Thule rapid bar I got for $10 from a junkyard. Then rebuild the cap rack to match height!

Any advice for drum brake replacement? Gotta do em at some point and this Northeast truck has some serious rust on the brakes.

I bet you can't wait to try 'em out on the trail.

What's the backspacing on those wheels?
    Running any spacers?
