    17’ by 79” gray marmoleum. (Old skool linoleum... enviro friendly, blah blah blah.) Slight, like 1”, crackles for a foot or so at the end.

    Signs of wear, but Structurally sound, minimal seepage in down pours if any. I Sleep in it When I don’t bring the fam and winter trips.

    there is some cracking on the front canvas piece that has the Velcro that attaches to the front window panel, but I haven’t notice and impact on functionality. All buckles work.

    Sprayed with seam sealer every year.

    Look for a front differential. If it doesn't have one, then it's a hard pass.

    ARP head studs Supercharger FIC6 AFR gauge painted fenders audio install
    Frame rust (check with a hammer and should ping, thunks are bad)

    Timing belt replaced on time/ when was it last replaced

    Lower ball joints ever replaced?

    Other than that nothing special. Just check it like you would any other car. Listen to the engine, vibrations at speed, springs worn out and sad, etc...

    My dreams were immediately crushed when he sent pics of the interior...fckn guy posted it was 4x4 and lo and behold it’s a 2WD.
