My frame passed the frame test, they coated the frame but did not remove the rust, I can pick chucks of rust off the frame that is coated. They did not even wash the frame before coating. Does anybody have the Toyota service bulletin that the sub contractor is supposed to follow.
    Please Help

    No problem mang.

Check your paperwork, but from what I've read, the Canadian service campaign includes an extended warranty on the frame after the CRC application.

I can't open that document on my phone. If its clear they either didn't follow their own procedure, or the product manufacturers technical instructions, take it to the stealership and document your concern. Then open a case with Toyota corporate to document it there too.

And people were questioning me for skipping this procedure. o_O

What a mess. The frame will probably continue to rot under the coating.

This is an old thread. May take a little time for it to catch again and for the OP to respond. Hang in there.
