So those lights have been on since march 2018 when I purchased it and have been driving it since relatively problem free .
Had to make a panic stop once and found out that yep, definitely all manual brakes now.
After replacing the speed sensors and wiring harness to no avail I decided to take it to my local Toyota dealership yesterday for diagnostics.
2 hours later he comes back with a quote of $1,497.20 for part #44050-04080 Actuator assembly, labor included but said he couldn't guarantee it wouldn't fry it again as they couldn't find anything wrong with the wiring in those 2 hours.
I thanked them for there time and was on my merry way to Ebay.
Found the part (used with 30 day warranty) for $70 shipped.

    Has anyone replaced this before?
I've never done anything with brake systems before but am willing to give it a shot to save $1400.
    Thanks TW.

I’m not sure, but you may need a bidirectional scan tool to purge the air from the ABS System.
Maybe @Bishop84 or @Muddinfun will know?

Yes a scan tool will be required to cycle the solenoids in a timed controlled manner.

NOTE: using a jumper will burn up the solenoid coils.

Yes, it requires a scantool functional bleed. It's big money but I would just pay them to do it and the liability is on them.

Couldn't I just attempt this with a bootleg copy of techstream?
What's the worst that could happen if I'm already ABSless

You could, a soft pedal is the worst case scenario.

It's not too hard with a techstream, just takes 2 people and patience.

This might be a stupid question but what would make changing this part out any worse than this on a 2007-2009 camry?
There is no need if you are using a used (preprogramed) module or am I way off?

It's plug and play. Biggest thing is not stripping the thread on install. I'd say its a 5/10 on the DIY scale.
