If it was covered in dirt and mud there would be less leakage.

I was worried I hadn’t gotten the crawl box and transmission mated before the sealant cured last night. Guess I was right.

I'm not mechanically inclined, so I need some advise. Someone is selling 886 coils with 5100s, with about 6k on them. My struts and shocks haven't been replaced and it's about that time to 78k on my truck. They are being sold for 200. 886 on 5100s, how is that set up? Anyone have that set up? If so how do you like it.

The 5100s and those springs are not recommended by most to be mated together. However I’ve read a few that have ran it and rode in one truck with it. It’s a bit stiff but nothing harsh I saw it to for the price it’s a great deal.

I did a quick search on that set up and saw the same, it's not recommended. just wanted some more info on it.

Evenin gents! Did a few little projects today. Got rid of the red URD lettering on the intercooler with some metallic silver paint, stuffed the spare tire under the bed again, and took the camper off so i can use the bed for truck things:D

That's the best that truck has ever looked.

I gave serious thought to cutting out my grill today because that looks so damn good.

Oh hey, one more thing, cut out the back of that scoop. It looks way better without that crappy plastic behind it.

    Well, it never rained..
On to the tool project, which went real well until it didn't, but it's finishable tomorrow.
I had two pieces of plywood I was trying to use up - only used one.
I have a wealth of 1 3/4 Camo painted PVC (that was the pond Heron protector). Used one and a half sticks, then changed my mind.
I will change the PVC to some old 2x2 I have stashed. (Yes, I tossed a bunch of older cull, only 6'-8' pieces kept)
This is modeled after a plastic deal I saw on Amazon, and every critical review was "plastic". So...

Quick test look says PVC is off the job.

I'll start on changes tomorrow while the shed guy is working. Let's see how the lighting is going to work.

Alright - go catch up again. Scratch beef stew and biscuits slowed me down. Maybe a few beers too!

Thanks a bunch man!! I am pretty stoked with how its coming around lately. You should definitely do the thin lip cut out, super easy mod, i had it done in a couple of hrs. Mine isnt perfect but i am happy with it for how much time i have invested. The only downfall is the bottom is a little floppy since we have aftermarket bumpers and theres nothing for it to clip into

I am definitely gonna have to cut the back of the skewp out now. Have any pics on where you cut after removing the filler piece?

    Thanks Kurt!

You making a rack to store garden tools or what we looking at here sir?

yes, sir. It's a variation on this theme.

I don't want to take all the wall space in the shed. And a good excuse to use materials on hand.
