When I was 10 or so, my mom was babysitting a neighbor's toddler and had some of it's mom's breastmilk in the fridge that she put in one of our usual drinking glasses. I opened the fridge and grabbed it thinking it was my drink and took a big swig, to this day I remember how nasty that was lol.

I bet, but better than dipspit.

agree. What, 16-17 years on those tired stock leafs and never once a squeak from that front eyelet. Dakars, removed stock rubber bushing because all this poly craze, *poof* squeak, groan, squeak. At some point I'll replace them. Little busy these days, have to limber up for that naruto run

Energy Suspension Formula 5 was what I used. Tacky as hell. After everything I had to endure trying to trace those squeaks, best info I found was to use the lubricant that the bushing manufacturer produced. Daystar (which is the wheeler's branded bushing) would be their branded Lubrathane.

Good to hear you had good results with the lube you used.

I did just that when I replaced my LCA bushings and they were squeaking and creaking months after. I had used the supplied grease which I shouldn't have :jerkoff:

Superlube worked out better in my case.

Again this is just for my LCA bushings.

That silicone PTFE grease is sticky AF. Hard to get off of anything, if you get it on your clothes forget about it

Id bet all the greases that come with the various color/brand poly bushings are all the same recipe PTFE based synthetic grease.

A lot of people run the greasable bolts and they do OK. But the noise generally doesnt come from the bolt moving inside the metal sleeve, its the bushing itself moving in the frame/control arm etc. And I know about that idea that came up on here recently by putting zerks in the aforementioned areas, but really the jury is still out as to how well it will work in the longrun.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Out of all the miles I had polys I never found a squeak (other then when my heims made noise in the shocks). But I still refuse to run poly LCA bushings on the trucks, that’s probably why

Ive got something popping/creaking up front when I take bumps a little faster than normal. Im just attributing it as a racetruck noise.
